There`s a little bit left. Not much. It has been one elongated, exceptional, brilliant Fall in Telluride 2014.
Many of we Ancients who got here in the `70s have agreed...this one has been as special as we can recall with our moth-eaten, whiskey-eaten noggins still available. Funny, how this shows up.
This aspen patch has some unusual orange fire this season. It sits above the newly paved bike path along our Highway 145...our spur into Town...it was especially vibrant as I drove in. So I made a rare stop and shot it with the Smart(?) phone. Somehow I got it to appear in this blog my webman says I need to blather upon.
The grove is shedding quickly now. It put on one sunspotted show...yes it did.
